Cyclone Receivers
L-R Systems designs and manufacturers various types of cyclone receivers for use across a wide spectrum of industries. These cyclone receivers are designed to separate material from pressurized or vacuumed (conveyed) air.
Cyclones in a pressure system can be used to separate large particles in a plastics regrind system or fine particles like in a milling system. They can be combined with options like filter plenums and dust collectors designed to capture and fine dust that may be carried over. Pressure cyclones can be use in many applications.
Cyclones in a vacuum system can be used in a railcar unloading system or vacuum loading system. Sized right for the application, vacuum type cyclones can be a cost effective way to separate your materials and product from the conveying air stream.
