Granulators
L-R Systems designs and manufactures standard and custom material granulators for efficient recycling and reclamation processes. Our granulators and shredders can be made in any size (from 2 to 400hp), to suit any application and work with any material. They're designed to process preforms, flash, foams, sprues, runners, film, sheets, profiles, pipes, purges, thermoforming or any solid part. Use of our loading systems, cyclones and central filter units will allow for a fully automated recycling cycle.
Models Include:
- Blow Molding: tails, flash, bottles, drums, custom parts and recycle materials
- Injection Molding: sprues, runners, large parts, micro parts, food containers, buckets, medicine bottles, keyboards and components, CD’s and DVD’s, performs and recycle materials
- Extrusion: sheet, film, profiles, cast, webbing, edge trim, fluff feeding, and recycle materials
- Press Side: robot feed, hand feed or conveyor feed small or large parts
- Central: single grinding location large amounts or big parts
- Low Profile: short height design, under the press, under a thermo forming machines
- Roll Feed: for film and thin flexible sheet, strapping and continuous rolls of material
- Paddle Feed: low profile, under a machine design available, prevent fly back contains noise and assists feed of materials
