Material Blender 4mm
Our WSB4MM series blenders are designed to be mounted on the machine throat.Compact and very reliable, where all materials are blended by weight based on percentages entered on the controller keypad. Each material is metered separately into a single weigh hopper. Then, the weighed material is the dispensed into the mixing chamber. After homogenized mixing, the material is flood fed to the machine feed throat.
Batch and weighing control will be performed by a microprocessor of a compact designed for L-R Systems. This control combines the analog functions of the load cell and material metering valves with precision digital measuring circuits to provide highly accurate material metering system. The controller can be remote mounted up to 300 feet from the blender. It features a Mylar keypad with customized overlay, a bright 16 x 40 character LCD display, multiple alarm settings, Supervisory link RS-485 port, memory storage for up to 99 recipes easily accessed via keyboard and a simple operator set-up.
