Material Blender 1000-8000
Our WSB1000-8000 series blenders satisfy your most demanding production lines. Used for blending 2-8 materials, this size blender may be dedicated to a single machine or can supply multiple machines with a common consistent blend.
Large capacity material surge bins allow your loading system adequate time to keep up with the voluminous supply these blenders are capable of producing.
Vibratory feeders meter a wide variety of materials with easily adjustable feed rates - no augers to change or slide gates to jam. Precise weighing and accurate feeding are achieved by our single load cell, batch gain in weight processing system. Materials are metered individually until an exact weight (or percentage of total batch) is achieved.
This weight is accurate to +/-0.02 lb. per material. In fact when compared to Conair and Maguire blenders by Plastics Product Review ®, the L-R blender "exhibited the best additive accuracy" in the three component test and "had the lowest standard deviation in additive weight (consistency)" in the two component tests.
After all ingredients have been accurately metered into our weigh hopper by any of up to 99 stored recipes, the batch is automatically dumped into our efficient mixing barrel - a key element in your final blend. All batch weights are stored for later retrieval of material usage information.
Our large (two batch capacity) mixing barrel is designed to give a truly homogenous blend with first in/first out material flow.
