Our most durable valve, the ceramic series is most often chosen to handle highly abrasive products, such as alumina, coke, fly ash, and glass frit, achieving at least three (3) to five (5) times longer life compared to chrome and Ni-hard valves. A high-performance, thick wear layer of alumina ceramic coating maintains the valve’s precision tolerances longer.
